When applied to overpasses and zoning edges, stationary observers can enjoy an implied velocity through the same tonal shifts. A family of modular elements allows for smooth transitions where barriers begin and end. Apertures to reveal landscape views and height adjustments relative to a variable topography are also accounted for within the modular system.
